I have crosshair V formula with amd fx 8150 and 16GB DDR3 1866MHz Vengeance rev A.
Every time i set it to 1866mhz i get blue screen when i log to windows "win 7 enterprise 64"

Have you manually entered the timings information into BIOS, including the correct voltage for your RAM?

The only Corsair 1866 module that is certified compatible is the CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9(XMP) 8GB(2x4GB Timing 9-10-9-27 voltage 1.5.
Most Vengeance modules are optimised for Intel chips.

May be a compatibility problem.

enter it in extreme tweaker .. set the profile.
(in thinking back of ram and issues with the V..
Vengence I saw most often.)
but also..in that..if you set the profile..
then set to T2 ... and read to read to 5..
it will run ..

i may have mentioned .. domGT.
best of luck .. keep us posted.

I did as u said and i don't get that error but i can't log in windows i just get black screen and nothing happen.
I tested the ram and it is ok.
I tested some other specs and i get same results so if somone have same pc config as me pls give me a ram profile settings.

Well i tried and nothing. Isn't working or i'm a noob and i don't know how to config. I bet is the second option 😞
And is not a ram compatibility problem.

you have to go in to bios and set up the ram from there, under extreeme or overclocking section. ( dont remember on top of my head right now sorry )
IF you read the overclocking tread thats in the sticky, you can see where you have to set your voltage and timing and so on ( where to put in your values, not WHAT to put in )

Go have a read of the BIOS guide that Raja posted. That will help you my friend to find your way around a very complex motherboard.
