So I recently got all my PC parts in the mail, built the PC itself, but this is where the issue starts. It is kind of weird. Let me post my PC specs before I continue.

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Formula
CPU: i7 4790K (4.0 GHZ)
CPU Cooler: Came with CPU
PSU: Corsair CX 750W ATX
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB)
DVD: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE
Case: Corsair 300R
I have not installed Windows 7 yet.
My monitor is also connected via a DVI cable.

So, this is where it gets weird.
#1 If my RAM starts(Or I think it starts because I do not get any errors 13,14,15,53 ram errors via qcode), my QCode will be 00 and my GPU will not start.
#2 If my GPU starts my RAM does not start and I get QCode 13(or sometimes it will be 14), 15, 53.
#3 Sometimes my motherboard will start, but not start anything else. (GPU, Fans, PSU, DVD). QCode said 00.

I have tried multiple BIOS update (via USB flashdrive), I have tried the CMOS battery (damn you rog armor), when I called ASUS they said I have tried everything to troubleshoot except BIOS 1504, that also did not work.
My fans work (cpu fan, case fans).

If anyone has any information, please post comment.

Thanks.

Yeah, but there COULD be a problem with the cpu power cable, it's unlikely but you just never know until you test it.

Have you checked the cpu socket pins?

If you have no way of testing your psu (bummer) and the cpu socket pins are all ok, I would do as you mentioned and return the board for the hero VII if they let you. If it is defective they might want you to do an RMA for your formula VI.

You won't need to update the bios if you get the hero VII.

If you're not liquid cooling the only big feature you'll miss out on is the supreme FX sound.

My CPU pins do not seem broken. And I see a light appear when I turn on the system. I know my PSU is compatible with my CPU(99% sure), but is there a way to check if my PSU is compatible with the motherboard?

A light under/around the CPU. It is the same colour as the 'Republic Of Gamers' logo.

Hmmm I'm not sure what light it is but at any rate you are still not getting a code and this tells me ,as I said earlier either your board or psu is bad. If you bought your board online, call the store you bought it from and tell them you're not getting a code from the motherboard, they will set you up an rma.

Since you have no other parts to test with and can't have them tested, this is what I would do. Don't waste anymore time here, call them now. You can rma your psu too if you want just to be on the safe side.

After you get your motherboard and psu, come back here and tell us if that solved the problem.

Thanks for all the help, it was infact the motherboard, but I upgraded to the Maximus VII Hero, so I would not have to do the rog flashback bios update.

All right, well good to hear you're up and running with a new board.

You can download real temp 3.70 if you want to see your cpu is running comfortably.
