We've known for many years now that Ai Suite (II) is buggy and can't be trusted. Uninstall it, and hope it truly does uninstall correctly.
Which ver are you using, II or III?

Ai Suite 2 is really slow and unresponsive

For II:
AI Suite II uninstall cleaner
There is nothing wrong W/your system. If +12V dropped to 0V, or if vcore dropped to 0.054V, even for a few milliseconds, your computer would immediately stop working; causing a shutdown & reboot.

I just tested the link and it works fine. Nevertheless, I've uploaded it for you here: AI Suite III Cleaner

Remember that you must first uninstall AI Suite III normally. Then reboot into Safe Mode and run this cleaner with administrator priviledges.

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.

ASUS AI Suite II V2.04.01 is on my pc at the min. pop ups might have bean when running 3dmark. was more shocked at the Vcore 2.040 Abnormal as i use offset +0.005 and its never gone over 1.365v b4 now. just want to know if everything was still ok.

Yeah uninstall it. I tried II years ago, on one board it uninstalled fine, on the other I ended up editing it out of msconfig then the sys registry (if they had the uninstall cleaner tool then I didn't know about it). Don't try III it is only for the boards that launched in the past year (haswell and RIVBE).

Oh, FYI it can also interfere W/other monitoring utilities like RealTemp, AIDA64, Sandra, HWmon, etc.

How many monitoring devices do you have installed? Use only one please.

You can always roll back to the earlier bios and see if the errors are still present.

coretemp. msi afterburner. aisuite 2. think thats about it. just got this when on here lol [01/22/2014 at 03:00 pm] +12V 0.000 Abnormal
[01/22/2014 at 03:00 pm] +12V 12.288 Normal

just afterburner running and AISuite 2 running at the min.

just its all started after getting a R9-290 gpu

iv always had AIsuite on the pc and its never said out like that b4. so the best thing is to take it off the pc or reflash the bios 1st just 4206 has bean on all the time as the bios out after that just dont work right for my mobo. looks like i get the same errors with bios 2 all so (4206).

as long as its not the psu im happy.

what the best way to take aisuite off the pc as just did a clean install of windows 8.1 last week for the new GPU lol.

thanks for all the info and help

That link I gave you in my post #2 tells you that, it's simple (follow the cleaner instructions).
