Hi Guys, Introduce, I'm Arvi from ROI (Republic of Indonesia)

I have a problem on ma MB, ASUS Max V Gene
there's the Temperature LED doesn't show the Temperature on MB, but the error Code "AO"
I've been trying to find out whats the problem is, but I still cant solved this.
Is there are anyone here who can help me?
If this question are been questioned before, and it solved, please show me the thread, so I can read and looking for the answer.

beside that, I have another problem too, This is my first time I used this MB
its kind a different with another MB that I used before
on booting, when I start the RIG on,
it took a very long time to booting the computer, it took about 5-10 second to boot, it display ROG icon, I think it kinda strange
so, it took total 1 minute to ready the PC log on to the desktop.
Is anyone can explain to me why it like this? is there a way to fix it? so the computer will boot the PC faster, I've change the option of "boot fasting" to "on"

thank you very much
I'm sorry if my english words and structure isn't good, hehehe.. 😄

1) It is not for showing temperature - it is a debug display. So what you are seeing is normal.

2) Depends what you have plugged into the board. You can disable any unused controllers to help, but the rest comes down to factors like USB devices plugged in etc.

1) but I've seen, the LED show the numbers, I don't know what the number it is, but I think is showing the temperature.. (maybe)
2) the device that plugged to the board, is same with the device plugged my was MB, and it boot faster than Max V Gene, it's wierd

The DEBUG LED shows status codes called QCODEs. It does not show the temperature. And A0 means that your system has handed control over to your OS. In other words, you are inside Windows.

As for the booting faster, make sure you are using the native Intel SATA ports for your SSDs and HDDS. Then you can do as Raja stated and disable the Asmedia SATA ports. 😉 That should shave a few seconds of your boot time.

The LED poster does not show temps.

The display is as Chino has suggested only for Q-Codes.
