Hello Im new and having V core voltage problems

Hello i'm sorry if i am not using the proper format for this but, every once and a while i get a notification that is really quick that says
Warning V core voltage high or something like that in red.
I can't read it too well due to it being so fast.
My MB is a ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard and a Amd 8350 Fx processor. I am new to building and pc technical issues as a whole.
Should i be worried about this or does the Processor V core spike at times and i should not worry. If it happens again i will try to screen cap it so i can show you. Unless there is a way i can find errors that have occurred and post them here.

Got it again and screen capped it... It is a little bit faded but you can still read what it says

Hello

Don't run multiple temperature/voltage monitoring utilities at the same time.

Hello sxbrady, Welcome to the ROG forum.

Are you overclocking your cpu or is everything set to default in the bios? And what program is telling you, you have high vcore?
