Hello. have an issue with my gpu. When I start the pc, the card runs normally at x16 pci-e. But if i do a restart then gpu z shows pci-e 8x. Only at shutdown and normal start comes back to x16. Anybody know what's going on. Iam running windows 10 pro 64bit with asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0, amd fx8350 and msi gtx 1080. All with the latest driver / bios.
