Your board has two BIOS chips. Switch BIOS chip and see what version is contained on that one.

The red button near the PCIe lanes.

Once you have worked out that the B bios is older then you can revert using the revert tool found in the BIOS tools.

Worth having a read of the manual to make sure you are comfortable with the process.

BenZman but you are totally incorrect and your response is frankly embarrassing.

OP - in the BIOS you need to navigate to Tools.

There you will see the option BIOS Flashback

Select to enter

Now you must select the option,

Copy BIOS2 to BIOS1

Let the process finish and auto-power off.

It is that easy.

Ah very good question. How do you know what is the BIOS on B

Well what you do is check.

Motherboard should be on standby but not powered on.

If you look to the bottom of your board near the PCIe lanes there is a red button right in the corner. That selects the BIOS that you are booting from. Press the button and a yellow led will shift from the A bios indicator to the B bios indicator... if you want to know where this is in your manual go look at pages 2-13 English pages.

So once you have confirmed that the B BIos is older and or different from your A bios. Then switch back to A and if you like start the process of flashing back your BIOS.
