Serix. Unfortunately your symptoms can be a number of things. What OCs have you tried?
Observe during post your Qcode debug readout and tell me where it stops. It is the LED numbers, just near the start button on the MB.
It will be a matter of elimination but we will get to the source of failure.
Also clear your CMOS and restart your system with default values, No OCs.
Can you then get to your Bios?
Should you be unable to post then swap out the PSU and test.
Should your PSU prove OK then check your Dimms using one module only in the first slot and swapping modules.
