I loaned out my 3960x to a friend over at EVGA who has phase change cooling, much colder than I could ever get. He also has the RIVE BE mobo. He cannot get the mobo to get past 1.595 VC, he has extreme OV enabled. Is there something else that is on this mobo that will stop VC from going past 1.60 ? He has tried all the bios available. Any help would be awesome, many thanks
