Gene Z/Gen 3 BSOD Issues

Hi, i've had a few people help before in trying to fix these issue's, but no matter what i try i cannot seem to address fixing them so maybe someone can give some more indepth result, i don't mind RMA if i must but i really must find out which product is doing this.

So far what i've done:

Flashed bios,
Reinstalled Windows/Drivers, - updated/downgraded - tried another person's hdd in my pc and same result with BSOD.
changed graphic's card (not able to swap CPU/RAM/MOBO as family doesn't have the same version as me.)
Memtested 1-2-3-4 stick's, duals, quads, all 4 channel's (took well over 6-8 + of memtest) - Prime95 tested (BSOD after few hours as i left it on over night)
Single ram 1-2-3-4 chips, Duals, QUADS to feel for a defected batch of ram while idling or playing games - ran stock values of PC and 4.2ghz overclock to also double ensure and same result.
I used Intel's Proccessor Diag Tool to test CPU for defects - comes up with PASS, Stress tested GFX card with GPU Tweak & 3dmark and various other GPU diag tool's.

only thing i haven't been able to test is the motherboard (how would you even go about doing this?) - also used onboard VGA and still same issue.

and some other types of things,

Problem i face: BSOD's, SYSTEM_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, YOUR SYSTEM HAS BECOME UNSTABLE SO WE MUST SHUT IT DOWN. and various things like this, and with codes of: 0x00000124, 0xffffffa00aca1028, 0x0000000000be200000000, 0x00000e5110a.

I'm at a loose end on how to fix this, I have 2 sets of old HDD's (sata ii's but this isn't the cause of the BSOD i believe, as i have tested newer types of hdd's and older one's, the only part of my pc that is old though is the HDD. I've ran my old P5Q Asus board with the GFX card (6850) and i've had no problems (also gave it this HDD Too) so i believe there is a fault either with: motherboard/cpu/ram but i'm wondering if any of you can help me find out which one it is or should i just RMA them all and hope the company find the fault?) - i'm also having graphic's card driver display crashs from windows and slow loading times of applications, games and stability of keeping games up for several hours too with ultra/high/mid/low graphic's ranges, I feel as if i've done everything but i still cannot pin-point the issue.

Specs:
I5 2500k Intel 3.3GHZ
Maximus Gene IV/Gen 3 - 3105 bios <-- i think thats the latest
Corsair Vengance 16GB Ram sticks - CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 (serial number if you want to look them up)
Sata II - 500 GB HDD
ATI 6850 GFX, tried in both lanes of PCI-E and still BSOD so maybe it's a defected board? as i said above i've tried this in another machine and it works just fine for days and weeks on end.

Temps: 60'C on load, 35 idle - do not run stock cooler.

If anyone can help me resolve this it would definatly mean alot to me, I'm so damn fustrated at randomly through gaming or through using the computer for every day activities i get a dumb BSOD it's putting me off using PC's as i bought this rig to game but i do not play games or even touch the pc much due to the damn BSOD, i'm always worried about it as the games i play i cannot afford these dumb errors.. >.<

Thanks and if you can provide input please post!

have u tried down-grading the bios to 0404? i still run that one on my board no issues with that version ^^

i've done that, but please direct me in the ways to downgrade it again because it refuses to let me now, Then i shall try that again for a few days but i fear it maybe something more than a BIOS problem, or has the updated bios for this board been giving lots of issues? It's not like the issues i am having occur every 5minutes it is just completely random when it decides to die and there is no minidump or windows errors that in my mind seem to make it happen i'm running one application at a time i don't over stress the PC. so please go ahead if you think it will help point me in the right direction.

Thank you, if you read my post carefully youll see everything i have done. and i will do that after i cooked food 🙂 (steak an potatoes :D)

also ran the idea of that mem-ok button and nothing changed, no red button no big ERRR you broke it noises and pc booted fine with 1/2/3/4 sticks of ram, the problems happen when using the operating system* though i've reinstalled, and swapped drivers and put the stuff in my other pc and that one works just fine so it must be something..

Hi. Populating all DIMM slots takes a little more time to get stable than just 2 slots with this chipset and the Sandybridge CPU. The 124 error code your recieving usually means one or a combination of the following voltages needs adjusting. Vcore (Usually this one) and VCCIO. I would also give the voltage to the RAM a slight bump above stock.

Also make sure XMP is enabled to get correct timings.

Try these and report back.

ok giving it a try today, what's the maximum i should push it?

I popped it .5 off the bios's standard value and i jumped dimms to 1.52 (from 1.50), CPU to 1.30 (from 1.25), I'll report back with results if it still BSOD (so far i reinstalled windows again and trying from ground up aswell to see where the flaw lies, hopefully i can catch the driver in action.)

okay ran a 19hour prime95 and not a single fail or crash, i'll start tomorrow by loading it up with some games to stress the graphic's card and see if i fail there, If i do then i can definatly point my finger towards a broken GFX, so far i've changed:

CPU Multi: x44 - 4.4GHZ
Memory: XMP - 1600 - 1.53Volts (in bios)
VVCIO: 1.138 (in bios) - from default 1.111
Vcore: 1.300
VDroop - 75%

So far it seem's to be doing the trick with a new install of window's too, I really hope i do not run into BSOD .. it's been putting me off my system really badly and i've not been able to fix them, So let's hope what's been suggested will even clear up the idea of PFN_LIST_CORRUPT errors too which i had before, if it does then i'll be giving a e-beer to the lot of you :).

spoke abit too soon, woke up to a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bsod, i'll grab the minidump and upload it and the two screenshots that i made with the memory line code apart from that it's stable and decent i just got to find out what caused that.
