Gene V, sometimes no video signal (2600K's igpu)

At least one out of the ten times i power on the pc i get no signal at all. The pc boots to win and i know it by observing the hdd light (and pressing once the power off, it shuts down).

When i get no signal, switching on and off the monitor doesn't help, only power off and on again does.

Also some times i get white screen after the ROG logo at the boot. Haven't found a pattern yet, seems random (in this case switching off and on the monitor again fixes the issue,)...

No discrete vga on the system right now, only 2600K's igpu, connection via HDMI, bios 1604.

Any ideas, welcomed, thanks in advance...


PS: Please don't tell me it's another 1604's bug, i am already disappointed with 1604, never had that many issues in my whole life and i only own Asus motherboards since 1999...owning the Gene V since last Friday and i am fighting with it instead of enjoying it...

Checked the monitor with the 3rd system of my signature (via hdmi), no problems at all (20 power on/offs, restarts in the row)

Just an update, the white screens and no signal issues had to do with my monitor, must be some kind of partial incompatibility/misbehavior of my LG W2361V connected via hdmi to my V.

Got my new monitor yesterday (again connected via hdmi to my V, same cable too), did countless reboots, off-on cycles, all gone, it wasn't the V...so all good here...
