Fx -8120 and sabertooth 990fx r1 overclock help!

Hi guys,
i need a litle help to overclock my fx 8120.
i have tryed overclock him by myself but i think i have made something wrong.(my cpu its run at 4.0ghz and when gonna full load the heat up to 87° and i have a h100 water cooling)

here it's my specifications:
fx-8120
sabertooth 990fx R1
2xpatriot amd version 4gb 1333mhz
corsair tx 850w psu
2x hd6870 crossfired
3x chassis fan and a corsair h100 water cooler.

i want the max cpu clock without high temps.

Whenver you encounter instability errors like that one, BSODs or your computer freezes, increase the CPU Manual Voltage by 0.005v until you find a stable overclock.
