I just built my unit and when I boot up post shutdown (windows 8.1 Pro) My power button does not work (works fine if trying to force shutdown) I am forced to press the bios start button where I get code 40 which is related to sleep state 4. Any suggestions as to what to do next? I think I need to look into my shutdown settings but if anyone here has any suggestions that would be great
