First PCI-E X16 works 1/8 times.

I'm prett sure that the first PCI-E slot is damaged since it only allows me to boot up once about ever eight times. Using the other slots it works flawlessly, but I shouldnt have to ignore the fact that my MOBO CHF5 is broken. Any ideas before I have to RMA?

When you say it won't boot, does it not post and/or does Windows fail to load?
Just to be certain it's the board, do you have another graphic card to test in the first slot?
Also, if you haven't already, use a can of compressed air to blow out any dust or particles that may be in the slot.

So I've thoroughly tested everything out (diff graphic cards, diff slots, diff cpu) and the only problem with the board is that first PCIE X 16 slot. I'm RMAing.
