Fan speed at >75C

I was wondering, I have the Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM fans plugged into my Maximus Hero VII board CPU Header, but I never want to run them at 100%. I'd like to limit them to ~1200 rpm, is it possible to change the BIOS settings so that I can lower the max fan speed past 75C? It seems completely silly to me that I cannot do this at least on the Chassis fans. I guess I understand the reasoning behind the CPU header (better safe than sorry) but why the CHA headers?

I believe you have to use the Windows software for that. I'm pretty sure Fan Xpert had that option last time I used it. But afaik there's no way to do this in the uefi (bios).

I have a Z97 Pro MB and there are fan settings in the UEFI Advanced controls. However I just use the windows software Fan expert you can adjust each fan header by temp only though. Seems like CoolMaster has a 120 CM fan that has a speed adjustable controller that takes up one slot in the back panel adjusted down max fan speed is like400 - 1200 turned up max in like 1000 - 3000 RPM

Install the AI3 suite for Z97

If you have loaded the Asus software The EPU or something like that sets thing up pretty much however you want with 4 different profiles. Controls your CPU Stepping and fan speeds

You must be overclocking hard I can't get mine to 75C, 30 minuets Burn In Test max Turbo I only got to like 68C I pasted with IC Diamond
Have my old Prolimatech Megahalems Heat sink with 1 120 CM fan pulling
