I cant get my fans to be detected by ai suite so that i can adjust the fan curves. The 3 pin af140 is being detected at cha-fan1 and is fully adjustable, however the others are not. They are currently setup with 2 sp120's on each splitter. The splitters are plugged into cha-fan2 and cha-fan3. They are not being detected, and sound as if they are just running at full speed instead of changing up and down with cpu temps. They read 0 rpm but are visually spinning.

I previously had one hooked up to the cpu-opt header and it was editable, but that doesn't fix my issues. Anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on what i can do to remedy my problem? Thanks!

IF they are on the H100i rad, i would connect them to the header on the pump controller so the pump can control them.
you can connect up to 1Amp to each header so you can connect a couple more on cha_fan1 if you want to.
but if you are going to use the program that did follow the H100i ( corsair link ) then i would suggest to uninstal ai-suite since they would crash on to each other on the readings on temps and so on, and will give you miss leading temp read outs.

I dont have them hooked up to the h100i, only to the chassis fan headers with 2 on each header. They just aren't being recognized by fan xpert. Instead, they are just spinning at full speed instead of being controllable or even noticed by the program.

Have you setup the fan detection to "Advanced" in BIOS?

I have the same pump setup on a Maximus VI Formula. I would recommend you plug the 2 of the fans onto the CPU_FAN and the other 2 on the CPU_OPT fan headers vie fan y splitters for starters. The pump can be plugged into just about anything because it will run at a constant 2300ish RPM and cannot be controlled.
You're fan y splitters may be to blame. the may be 3 pin only and thus making you're pwm fans rather useless for fan Xpert II.... You did get PWM fans right? Although they should still be recognized by both the program and the bios.
