Exception Code 0xc0000005 Crash.

Get today crash of Batman Arkham Knight while playing.
Nothing is OC on my pc.

My cpu is 4790k stock, 16gb DDR3 Kingston 1600mhz, Corsair 750 RM, Asus Strix 980 Ti Oc.Crash details:

Exception Code 0xc0000005
Faulty module: msvcr100.dll


Is this hardware related? Also i run memtest86 without errors. But maybe memtest dont always show errors.

If Batman Arkham Knight is a steam game go to library, right click on Batman Arkham Knight and select properties, click the local files tab and click "verify integrity of game cache".

You can also try right clicking on the steam icon and run as administrator.

You can run the system file checker by opening command prompt (run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow, let a space between sfc and /

I have SSD , so i cant run chkdsk . Also that error: Exception Code 0xc0000005
Faulty module: msvcr100.dll



is related to memory? or hardware?

sfc /scanow is not chkdsk.

It's more than likely a missing file.

But i read on internet that 0xc0000005 can be caused by memory.
Even if memtest86 passing without errors. What do you think?
