Update. I have some schedules.

Impact WW33-34 (mid-August)
Formula WW32 (first week August)

Available in all regions, but exact dates depends entirely on efficiency of customs/distributor/retailer in each region. Whether they do pre-order and what price is also up to the retailer.

there will always be delays on new boards, even the MVF was delayed whit over a month last year.
it can be fabrication problems, it can be loads of things that kicks in that can have impact on things.
it can be a upgrade of one thing or a redesign on another thing or a fix.
