Please connect the HDD to the Intel SATA port and change the sata cable as it may be faulty.

I have 1'ssd and 2 Hdd which to connect to intel SATA Port and Wehre ist the intel SATA Port

The black ports and the red ports next to the black ones are all Intel.

The SSD will go into the 6G Intel port. If you are not sure which is which use your user manual and there is a picture with the SATA ports listed. 🙂

Did your system post to OS?

If yes then you need to use Disk Management tool to enable your new hard drive.
