Welcome to the Asus ROG Forum,

First because this is a new motherboard you should benchtest your motherboard and all components outside the case.

Follow the checklist below:
1) verify that you are starting off with the stock CPU cooling system; make sure the CPU fan harness is plugged into the CPU Fan Header/Connector
2) verify that both the 4-Pin and 8-Pin Aux. CPU Power Connectors are populated
3) install your video card only; remove all other expansion card and storage devices
4) install only one memory module in the motherboard
5) make sure no USB devices are connected to the system

NOTE: You do need a video card in order for this system to POST; also a FF error may be cause by incorrect heat-sink installation (the mounting screws may be too tight or you are using a water-cooling system which I would NOT install until you are able to get the motherboard to POST).

Hope the translator is able to convert all of this so that is makes sense 🙂

Keep us posted on your progress.

PS: Make sure you have all PCIe connectors populated on the graphic card...also I don't think your Power Supply has BOTH the 4-Pin and 8-Pin AUX CPU Power Connectors...you should consider a PSU which has both.

And so by doing the points of action, the same result as well so I think Cpu_led flashes on the power supply in my Corsair VS 650
I think replace http://market.yandex.ru/search.xml?cvredirect=2&clid=505&text=Thermaltake+Litepower+750W+(LT-750PCNE...
Approach?)

The power supply you specified only has a 4+4 CPU Power Connector which may work depending on the current draw of your CPU; you need two CPU Power Connectors if you intend to do ANY overclocking (one 4-Pin AND one 8-Pin).

Well, if I'm not going to overclock?

And I saw people used simple 4+4 without additional power supply +4
And I'm not going to take the crazy acceleration(so far=))

@Skyout: it seems that some users are able to "get away" with just using the 8-Pin CPU connector where other users have needed to use both the 4-Pin and 8-Pin CPU connectors just in order for the system to POST running a non-overclocked profile....it simply depends on the current draw of the CPU (which varies; that is why some users are "lucky" when they only need to use the 8-Pin CPU connector).

Also when trouble-shooting a FF-Code the first step is to populate both the 4 and 8-Pin connectors (if possible) and if you are going to purchase a new PSU it is always a good idea to plan for the future 🙂
