Error 55

Hi all.
I built my first PC today and everything was going well until startup when I received error code 55 from my Maximus VII Ranger.
I've tried all the suggestions Goggle has given me ...switched memory around, removed and rotated. I've checked the tightness on my Corsair H105 and finally removed the CPU and think I've found the problem, bent pins.

What do you all think? Do the 3 or 4 pins in the top right corner look bent/missing to you? I've googled images of the Maximus and can't see this pattern on other boards.

Have you tried looking at that area with a magnifying glass?
It looks like four of those pins are bent, they don't appear to be broken or missing.
You have several options, try straightening them yourself or take it to a jeweler who might do it for you.

Good luck....

Well those 4 pins are definitely bent so you would need to carefully straighten them back up so they align with the grid.

Carefully is right!!! I couldn't even see them properly ...I had to take a high res image and zoom in. I'll have a go in the morning to try and straighten them, nothing to lose I guess
