Hi guys
Do you have any experience of a problem on the OC-KEY not know, or if this is a known issue or bios ?: I'm still using bios 2105.
When you insert the OC_KEY between Samsung T240HD monitor and my video card HD 6970, initially working fine, but after 5 -10 minutes start to flash the monitor becomes completely dark for 1-2 seconds, as if he had lost the video signal and then return the 'image but sometimes shows small green pixels on the desktop, which seem to follow the outlines of images, while inside the windows that display data from the bios are OK as there was an intermittent problem of overlay.
The defect is always happening and it happens even if you do not press the activation button dellla OCKEY to reproduce the data windows, so it seems that the defect was created only by the presence or absence of OC_KEY: a different resolution does not change the default , but I use it with res. 1920x1200.

thanks to all

The "OC Key" is lame and overhyped IMO. Not only that, it does not pass analog signals. If you don't have another computer like a laptop to OC and you have another keyboard to control it, the OC key be OK I haven't tried that - can't do both at the same time as they both need to use the same USB port. Otherwise the OC key onscreen overlay info is somewhat useless. Have you ever tried the ROG connect? It's awesome. It is not perfect, but works MUCH better than the OC key.

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.

Hi HalloweenWeed

I agree with you!

I will try today to connect ROG and if all goes well as you say, I think the OC_KEY will go the way it deserves ... that is lying in the bottom of a drawer!
