With a lot of troubleshooting I finally figured out my strange problem. My problem was basically after getting everything running, and installing 5 or 6 games a lot of applications would start to slow down, crash, freeze, and windows would not shut down on it's own.
I found that my DRAM timings were set automatically by the bios, and set incorrectly. Although I would not get BSOD and Memtest passed without errors, auto bios settings were set at 1600mhz 1.67v and 11-11-11-29. I corrected it by adjusting to 1600mhz 1.5v 9-9-9-24.
I thought I was safe on Bios Stock settings, but 3 days and 3 OS installs were fixed after properly adjusting my memory.
I just thought I would share, in case anyone else runs across this problem. I am using GSkill Ripjaw F3-12800CL9D-16GBRL.
Now that the system is stable, I can start the CPU Overclock!
