Do I need to update my BIOS?

Hi everyone, just finished my new build and everything works perfect. However, my BIOS version is 0403 and I checked CPU support list on ASUS.com found out that Intel Core i7 2700K used 0706 BIOS, I am using the Intel Core i7 2700K and there is no any problems occured at all, so do I really need to update my BIOS? Since the manual said if there was no any problems used current BIOS, DO NOT MANUALLY UPDATE BIOS! Hope you guys can give me some advise, as there is a certain risk level involved in BIOS flashing so......you know.

As long as the doesn't go out and you completely copy over the .ROM to the flash drive, there is no risk in flashing.

I always update. I don't recommend it to people who have never done it. With the way it is setup now days, it is easier than ever to do it now though. I say do it!
