Just installed Windows 8. Seems to be working OK. Debug code is AO. Is that correct??

To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I'm having a different issue that gives the same debug code. System is a 4770k on a maximus vi gene. Any time I remove power from the motherboard (unplug psu or throw the switch on psu) the system will not post. It gives debug code A0 and the cpu led is on. The only way to fix this problem is to remove the cmos battery for ~15 minutes and after replacing it the system works just fine. This leads me to think it is a bios issue, is there anything I can do to solve this problem?
