d3 error on X570-E when trying to open Ryzen Master

Hi,

Just got my new PC set up - X570-E with 5800x.
Seems to be running totally fine apart from I am unable to open AMD Ryzen Master - when I try the Q Code gives an error of d3 which is ' Some of the architectural protocols are not available.'

Any ideas what the issue is? I haven't made any changes to the BIOS default, BIOS version is 3001

turns out that it can't cope with multiple monitors which is ridiculous.

Solution - unplug one of your monitors and re-boot
