What does ‘Stabilize Memory Timing’ do ?? How does it work ??

It looks like it add +2 or +3 settings to most of the timings and sets command rate to 2T

The BIOS needs to be flashed from a FAT32 formated drive

fat 32 is a very generic format almost all systems can read fat32. most things require it to be fat 32 for that reason.

0045 flashed fine for me from a USB stick FAT formatted. Needed voltages for stability appear unchanged from those needed on 0506. Core Unlocking also still works properly.

I thought the best format was NTFS of what I read before, expectially for the write/reading speed but maybe im wrong.
