Crosshair V + Phenom II X 4 970 BE CPU-voltage too high in Auto-mode

Hi!
First i have to say i am not very good at english, but i try to make the problem to understand for everyone.

My new Crosshair V do not like my Phenom II X 4 970 BE. I use Bios 1102 so far...

What's the problem?

When i go to Bios, the CPU-voltage will be set in Auto to incredible 1,42 Volt! Its definitely too high.
So i can set it manual to 1,3 Volt, but then i do not have te full energy saving funktions like C1E or Cool'n'Quiet because the CPU-Voltage is always fix to 1,3 Volt.

Did anyone have the same or similar problems and have a solution for using in Auto-mode with the right voltage?

Thanks for your replys.
