Hi my pc start freez after reset cpu led is red. And power cpu led is green shoudlbe red this mean vrm stop delivery power? I try my old cpu is same problem. After 20 min when i swich on pc start all works again power on cpu power led is red . My vrms die slowly ?

If you're using a watercooling setup, make sure you put a fan over the VRMs to cool them.

I have good air flow in my case . 🙂

You can have good air flow in your case but that does not mean that your VRMs are being cooled adequately.

This is happen in idle moust times when play bf4 or 3 is ok after this when i start browse net or left pc on system freez. Heatsink is barely warm.
