Observe the CPU_LED flashing. As the CVF MB does not have Qcode led then the CPU_LED is an indicator.
In your MB manual chapter 2 section 2.2.6 is the led definition for various flashing conditions.
Determine if its Crazy, High, or Normal. Can be an indicator of insufficient voltage to CPU or/and failing PSU. If crazy voltage then a shutdown would occur.
You can try clearing CMOS and see if that helps to get you into Bios.
If not the PSU then its the CPU or MB. Only way is to swap out if you have the spare parts.
On later boards it usually results in Qcode 00 and very often involves benchtesting outside the case in minimalist state.
By adding one component at a time to find the culprit.
