Crosshair V Formula Z - Windows Crashing (Help Needed)

Hey fellow ROGgers I recieved my Crosshair V formula Z and its giving me huge problems.
My Specs are :
Crosshair V Formula Z
AMD FX8350
8GB Kingston Hyper X Red (1600mhz)
MSI TF3 7950
Raidmax Agusta Titanium
Cooler Master 212 evo
Vantec ion2 620 Watt
64GB Adata Premium Pro SSD
2 x 500GB Storage
3TB storage drive
Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit

Now my problem is my PC is not stable it the whole system crashes at random time sometimes straight after boot sometimes after a few hours of up time. First thing I did was update to the latest bios then downgraded when I thought that was the problem.
I test my whole system using my old MSI board which worked just fine. Is my Crosshair faulty? Or am I just not doing something right. Please any help would be appreciated.

basically, if you just leave things on Auto, it will not setup and use a RAM profile and that could be the cause of your instability

well, you either should have (IMO) it set to Manual and fill in all values as you know them to be. or do what I do and set it to DOCP, then select your JEDEC or XMP/AMP RAM profile and leave it at that.

If you don't do anything, your RAM will not run at intended timings. give that a try to start.
