You seriously have to do this? I've been having issues left and right getting stable without freezes or pc shutting off.

I managed to get 5ghz stable on a closed-loop retail cooler (H110), but I also had a ghetto-rigged extra 120mm fan blowing air directly onto the VRMs. Plus, its in an Obsidian 750D case, not exactly a stranger to great airflow.

I wish I had the coordination and patience to properly assemble a good open-loop cooler, but I guess the H110 is the best I can do right now.

Also, the 9590 STOCK (AKA all settings on auto) will do north of 1.53 which is 4.4 (throttled, full 8 core load)/4.7/5.0 (turbo), so thats not dangerous at all in terms of voltage IMHO.

I had the time and tried and still acts up. Not sure why my water cooling is the best and something is causing this in bois but it's all stock.
