System Is Running @ 36.5 Degrees Celcius...
How did u get that thing running? I´m trying to run it since 6 months -.-
My Hardware at beginn:
PSU: be Quiet! Straight Power 80+ Gold 580W
Mainboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula / ThunderBolt
CPU: AMD FX-8150
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX 2x8GB DDR3- 1600 CL10
VGA: XFX Radeon HD6970
Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster V8
120GB Corsair SSD SATA3 System HD
2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA3 2nd HD
1,5TB Seagate Barracuda SATA3 3rd HD
LG Blu-Ray burner
And got it run for 1 day. After that day I shut down the PC and went to work. After work I´ll try to turn it on but no reaction. Display on Standby whole time and no beep from the Board (got a speaker inside). Then sent it back to repair. After I got it back I´ll changed some Components like the PSU because I thought 580W is way too low, maybe thats why it broken. Tested the VGA on a another PC and it flickered a lot. sent it also back and bought another one. thats the System now:
PSU: Enermax Revolution85+ Silver 950W
Mainboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula / ThunderBolt
CPU: AMD FX-8150
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX 2x8GB DDR3- 1600 CL10
VGA: XFX Radeon HD7970 Black Edition Dual Fan Firm-OC
Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster V8
120GB Corsair SSD SATA3 System HD
2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA3 2nd HD
1,5TB Seagate Barracuda SATA3 3rd HD
LG Blu-Ray burner
And now the PC shut down after 2min activity. I´ll turn it on and it says "NB Overheat Temperature". On the Temperature Settings it got a 90°C safe. So if some hardware gets on 90°C the PC turns off automaticly. But I didnt touch that part. I touched the Northbridge but it´s like 30°C for my feeling. Never 90°C. So what did I wrong this time? I want to play on that fuc**** PC finally. I built already many PC for friends and me (my old skool Pentium 4 lol) and repaired also a lot..... So I dont think that I did something wrong -.- my problem was just the PSU Wattage choosing AND wich CPU Power Cable I should use. There is about 3 Versions pictured on the user manual, 8pin on 8pin OR 4pin on right of the 8pin OR 4pin on 4pin. I tried all versions, but no effect.
What should I do?? Sending back the Motherboard ??? I guess the ASUS service did some bullsh** by the 1st repair. Cause if you hold the motherboard on light, you also can see the motherboard is a little twisted, about 5mm. I had also (after I was screwing it on the case) to press the twisted part down a little. It wasnt like that before sending it to repair.
I guess also the PSU from beQuiet was a fail production or something because it ****ed up my old PC too, so thats why my Crosshair gone broken too
😕Found the Problem. It was really the PSU lol. And ASUS Service did 1 mistake too, they repaired it again. It works now very well with the Enermax PSU. Finally thank god 😄
