Not applicable
Processor: Phenom II Black Edition 1100T
Memory: G.Skill DDR3-2133 4X4gig (CAS latency 9; Voltage: 1.65; Timing: 9-11-10-28)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda XT 2TB 7200
PSU: Enermax MaxRevo 1350W
Video Cards: Asus HD 6970 X2 (EAH6970 DCII/2DI4S/2GD5)
Monitor: Asus VK278Q LED Full HD

I followed the steps given by Raja in a previous thread, but have had no luck getting my system to boot. Without the DRAM working, I have no video signal, so I cannot manipulate settings in the Bios.

What do I do?

Raja gives a lot of advice, so just to clarify you are referring to the procedure of removing the cpu from the socket and clearing the CMOS?
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…

Remove two sticks, run just two sticks in the black slots.
If you can now post, get into the bios, then manually enter the memory timings & DRAM voltage.
Once successful, you can then install the other two sticks in the red slots.
