Crosshair V Formula, FanXpert Issue?

Hello there, first post here, and Im having a little problem.

I have 4 fans plugged in to fan headers CHA_1 through 3, and OPT_1.

When I go in to Fan Xpert, and attempt to slow the fans down, they do not respond at all. Nadda, zip, ziltch. They simply stay running at their max speed of 1200rpm.

The Fans are NZXT 140mm 1200rpm fans that came with the NZXT Switch 810. I know that the fans are capable of slowing since the fan header controls on my previous MSI board worked flawlessly. I was even able to slow down my EK 4.0 pump from the fan headers on my MSI, however my 3 pin pump also will not speed adjust through the Mobo.

What am I doing wrong? I also tried to control these fans through the duty cycle in BIOS and i had the same results... fans that run 100% no matter what.

Help?

BTW, this is my first ROC product and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the features on this board, and it even told me I had bad RAM when I had a POST issue. I love the guess work being taken out of trouble shooting. Thinking that the RAM was probably just imcompatible, plugged my 2x4gig Patriot sticks in to my test bench and sure enough, only 6.85g of ram was registering. Go figure...

I'm dissapointed that no one here was able/willing to lend a hand other than someone who just joined this forum like myself.

Yes, I do have fan control enabled in the Bios, ive tried it both ways.

Before using a rheobus, I had no problems controlling the fans using the AI Suite.
If you have the Q Fan controls enbled in the bios, you shouldn't be having problems.
