Cross Hair V Freeze

I just installed this board and all my components . It all work well and booted right up but during boot it says no devices installed and then boots to windows . These are just random freezes and not BSOD.

Specs:
Phenom II 965BE C3
Cross Hair V
Gskill DDR3 1600 8 gig
Asus GTX 560Ti Direct CU
WD Black 640gb
Thermal Take TRs Rx 850w PSU
Asus DVD burner
LG Blu ray burner
OS Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Any help is appreciated .

is that means you are using an HD with Windows already install instead of a fresh install ?

I did a fresh install on the HD.

Is the system at stock or overclocked? Also, what BIOS version are you using?

I am using bios 0404 at stock settings . It seems to be fine as I type this. I had some g skill ram I did not find on the QVL and I placed 1 module in dimm 2 and the other in dimm 4 and all seems well now.,

So you place them in the Red slot ? I ask because on the Asus web site the 2 and 4 are red, and in this review the 1 and 3 are red

I put them in 2 and 4 as they are the red on mine.
