Croshair V Formula Z power issues

Hello all,

I have some issues with my power voltages.
I randomly got power peaks and drops and sometimes
5 "power lines" show 0.000 volts. (measured with power-tool on mobo self) (CPU-NB/NB/SB/HT/DRAMM)
When these are all on 0.000 my sound in windows is unconfigurable and clean rebooting (hot/cold) won't work.
I have to take the plug from the outlet for +/- 30 min and it's all good again.

Mobo has been sent to Asus.CZ -> They claim it's okay
Mobo has been sent to Alternate NL -> Also tested it okay

Friend of my bought the same mobo the same day. In matter fact we walk out the shop together.
We both got similar issues with the problem above.

My setup:

Crosshair V Formula Z
Amd FX 9590
Sapphire Toxic R9 280x
8 Gb's Kingston Valueram (i know it's compatible and im looking for a 16gb kit)
Samsung EVO 250 GB hd
Aerocool 1100 Watt PSu
Aerocool Xpredator Evil Black case.

Friends setup:

Crosshair V Formula Z
Amd Fx 8350
Asus Radeon HD 7850
GEIL - Black Dragon 8 Gb's
Samsung Pro 250 GB Hd.
Cooler Master 900 Watt (don't really know the part number can get it if a must)
Aerocool Xpredator Evil Blue case.

We both got a stash of spare parts and swapped things out and nothing made a difference.
Even setting the voltages in bios instead of auto did not help.
My mobo even got blacked out while i did that (no post for a few hours or so)

So does anyone have a idea of what is going on here.
because we both got flabbergasted of asus and alternate saying it's okay..... ><

Thnx anyways.....

Please confirm that you have both the 8 pin and 4 pin power cables connected. And as a recommendation, make sure your VRMs are well ventilated.

All is connected and well ventilated
4 fans on rad and 4 for system alone.
same for my friends setup. :S

Mobo is around the 20 degrees idle
and around the 30 stressed
Cpu idle around the 30 and 49 stressed.

And every heatsink is touchable.

So i geuss thats oke ?

That widget I see in the screenshot. Are you running HWINFO in the background? Having two system monitoring software running at the same time can cause polling problems and caus AI Suite to malfunction.

Nope, aint running that. AiSuite and sometimes AIDA64.
Even on a freshly installed pc without widgets AiSuite warns me for drops and/or peaks.
The temps and/or voltages are in my idea not software related. (correct me if im wrong)
With a multimeter the drops and peaks are registerable even outside windows itself.

so must be hardware i guess.

2bad ppl of Asus aint seeing this thread. 😞

If you've tested your PSU with a multimeter and you can see the voltage going up and down, then your PSU is probably the culprit.

The PSU is brandspanking new and ive masured that of those points right next to the main power connecter on the mobo.
I also have a spare PSU with the same results :"(

The PSU of my friend is a older PSU but not a C quality brand as u can see.
And the same PSU in his girlfriends PC works fine.

Had this in my sensor recorder a few moments ago.
Drops and peaks are getting more and more as u can see ><
