Critical DCOM Error ASUS Gene VII Help

Hi,
I used to have multiple blue screens and unexpected shutdowns. The primary reason was AI Suit III particularly "DipAwayMode.exe". I uninstalled it and used this cleaning utility in safe mode to remove it completely - http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?34503-AI-Suite-III-Cleaner&country=&status=
I made sure my BIOS is updated to the latest version 2601 as well as all drivers. The system crashes decreased, now it happens only once per day or two. Usually when the system is being stressed for a hour or so - rendering CAD (Solidworks), or gaming (CS GO...). However, it does pass every stress test or benchmark I throw at it including ASUS PC Diagnostics and RealBench 2.4. Now after all drivers and BIOS are updated the only error that comes up is DistributedCOM:
The server {BF6C1E47-86EC-4194-9CE5-13C15DCB2001} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
It occurs several times per day and sometimes it is critical and the system reboots.

My setup is custom water cooled - cpu, gpu. I put it though Prime95, Aida64, Valley, Cinebench, PI, Firestrike..... the maximum temp I could get is 55deg C peak when stressed beyond any typical gaming/rendering/processing intensive load so this is not a thermal related issue. I am running it at stock settings and have not attempted to overclock it yet because of the current instability.

i7 4790K 4/4.4 GHz
Z97 Maximus Gene VII
2x8GB Gskill TridentX at 2400MHz (I stress tested the whole system at a range of memory frequencies to check if I would get any errors from it, no success, all stress tests passed...)
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB for boot drive
GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 (Stock settings)
EVGA NEX650 Gold (Changed with brand new unit a few days ago)

If you have any idea why those errors occur, please share! I am not sure if this is some sort of hardware malfunction or simply driver issues. I decided to pay extra and to get a premium quality ROG board exactly to avoid such problems.

Thank you very much for your time I appreciate it.
