cpu over temperature

please help...

i'm already finished setting up a cpu with a spec.:

rampage 3 extreme
intel lga 1366 i7
gigabyte gtx 550 ti 1gb
1tb hdd barracuda

then while i'm installing the windows 7 ultimate x86 suddenly i unplugged the power supply to the sucket. then after that i'm getting the erro "cpu over temperature erro!" and "bootmgr is missing!".

please help i don't know what to do. thanks...

do you get bootmgr is missing after a clean install ? also much sure you have seated your CPU heatsink right.

At what point of the installation did you unplug the PSU ? If it was near the end you could always try and repair the instalation. If not
then I sugest you format the drive and start from scratch ( reselecting boot device priority in BIOS ).
Have you checked the temps in BIOS and see how they work out ? do they increase dramaticaly over time or are they stable ?

thanks guys for your help. I already fix my pc and it is running now. my new problem now is, how can i update the bios for rampage III extreme? i don't have any idea of doing that. thanks...
