CPU Keeps ramping to 4.6

I am new to asus boards and i got a maximus v gene and this is only my second day of owning it and i am having a problem with it cause it seems to keep making my cpu go to 4.6ghz and its only on a stock cooler atm so i dont feel safe having my 3770k running at that speed and would like it if anyone could let me know how to solve this

Hello mate

Go into your BIOS and set F5 enter (set default values)
Then F10 and enter Save and exit.

In OS remove AIsuite if you have it installed

Download CPUz and see if your processor is still jumping to 4.6GHz
