Computer turns on but nothing comes on on the screen. Think its the Mother Board

Everything was working fine about 2-3 hours ago. I install a new CPU fan and know when I plug it in and turn it on everything runs fine but nothing comes up on the screen. Its not the hard drives because not even the Mother Board software comes up. Its not the Graphics card because the screen reads a Graphics Card but no output. Im thinking its the Mother Board because not even the Software on the Mother board comes up when it should. I took it to Best Buy and they couldnt really figure it out either without having to completly rebuild my computer.

The motherboard isnt tightened down too hard, I made sure of that multiple times.

read it wrong lol, just changed the fan, not the cpu, I'm assuming u used enough arcticsilver or whatever thermal compund and that the cpu cooler was tight on the cpu, if there was a contact gap cpus will fry fast, if not then u got quite the mystery problem...

Where did you connect your CPU fan?

did the board /cpu get real hot at all when u first fired it up or make any weird electric popping noises?
