I would look for damaged traces around the cpu socket just to make sure that isn't part of the problem.
I got another replacement motherboard as the last one I had was also defective I just put up with it because going through 4 boards is a PITA.
You do have the standoffs installed correct? You might want to use some rubber washers or whatever came with your case when mounting your motherboard.
I do have them installed. They were preinstalled with the case. I just bought another of the same case and everything is just peachy now. For some reason having it in the old case was short circuiting something I guess. The new case doesn't have these problems (replacement is same model case).
I still have another problem that arises that is still happening even with the replacement hardware. The problem is that my computer will randomly stop recognizing hard drives. Ex: My computer randomly BSOD because it stops detecting my SSD and I have to reboot a few times for it to show back up in the BIOS and reset it as the boot device, or it stops recognizing one of my storage hard drives. For the BSOD on average it happened about once every two weeks. With the storage hard drives it can happen randomly during heavy activity or just plain idling. I'm pretty sure it isn't a HDD issue because it is happening to all of my drives not just a certain one.
Lastly, sorry for the late updates to the thread. I've been busy with work lately and haven't had time to reassemble my computer using the replacement parts I ordered.
