PC has been working like a dream for months.
Then boot fails, it stops at code 78
Resetting by switching off the power for 10 seconds, then it boots to the F1 message
that Overclocking failed, which apart from a standard XMP profile is default settings.
After a few days I decided to clear the CMOS, which made things a lot worse.
The board refused to boot at all, simply showing either 00 or switching off immediately.
Using the USB Flashback I got it to boot again.
Now each day it's a 5 minute struggle to get this thing to boot.
After boot everything works perfectly fine.
So aside from resetting the bios settings and flashing it over and over again? (I even did a double flash a couple of times to be sure)
The same problem keep cropping up.
78 is something to do with ACPI, right after that would be CMS I guess, disabling that prevents the boot to windows.
