code 55 on gene-z?

I put my system together yesterday and it came with bios 0706, which I didn't have any problems with. I flashed to 0902 through the bios, but now I'm getting a code 55 as soon as I boot up, which will not go away. The only thing that i've changed was flashing the bios to 0902.

System Specs:
mb: Gene-z bios 0902
ram: G.skill Sniper 2 x 4gb ddr3-1600 1.25v F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2
cpu: i7 2600k
hsf: CM Hyper 212 Evo
gpu: EVGA 560ti
ssd: Crucial m4 256gb
psu: Corsair TX550M

That didn't work. I did notice that the cpu led by the 24 pin power connector stays lit, in addition to the board going straight to the code 55.
