I need to know as much as I can about this ram and what I need to do to set it up properly on the RIVE at up to 2300MHz. I know most of the normal stuff about the ram but am more interested in motherboard and speed specific information along with the voltages needed to be stable at those speeds.

These are the basic stable settings up to 2300MHz. I have not tested past 2300MHz.
main voltage 1.5v timings 9-11-10-27 T2 mode 2

I'm back up and running. Stress testing at stock for now, I don't need another fire. So what do you mean about pin-less hand grenade? Did you kill your kit?

Na, my Kit is fine. What I ment by "pin-less hand grenade", that when trying to clock that kit with samsung chips past 2133Mhz,
the kit becomes unstable. It's not like the 1600Mhz 7-8-7-20 1.5v Vengence kit I had with the Hynix chips that you can clock it to 2400Mhz with ease.

Am I reading this correctly ? The Corsair Dominator 16GB quad channel 2133mhz can't be overclocked further then 2133mhz?

With samsung chips, is my IMO, and from others. It does not mean it cant be done. But is the amount of gain worth the risk of data loss.

Each set of RAM is unique, even if the kit models are the same. There is no certainty that the chip batch used will be the same or perform the same. Plus the LGA2011 CPU is the location of the memory controller and there are huge variations between each CPU based on what I am seeing. What works for one bloke is not 100% going to work for another. Too many variables (
