i have done everything like described in the official PDF file.
BIOS SATA mode to RAID. Then install Windows and all drivers. Then Rapid storage software. My drives are all shown. Also the one i want to be used as SRT device. But instead of the buttone "accelerate" i only have a button "administer" wich in fact does nothing but to become blue when klicked. Here is a screen:
