If you cannot enter your BIOS using by holding either the F2 or DEL key during POST, then you can try to reflash your BIOS using flashback, or what may be happening is that you turned off Legacy Support for your USB devices in the BIOS and now your keyboard isn't being detected during post. If you can try to switch between USB2 and 3 try that first, if it still doesn't work, you need to flash the BIOS back to start at default settings.
