Cannot boot from SM951 SSD, PCIe M.2

I have a Maximus VII Impact and cannot boot from de sm951.
I followed the YouTube video.
https://youtu.be/v7PEBscJbno

I'm boot from usb stick and can install the files on the ssd.
Now i must reboot the machine and boot from the ssd.

When i leave the csm disabled i'm getting a message:
The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device.

When i enable csm the machine is booting directly to the bios.

Can someone help that the PC is booting from the ssd.

THX.!

Hello Royb

There are two versions of the SM951, NVMe and AHCI. if you got the NVMe version you may need to update to a later bios for NVMe support.

After you disable CSM, did you set SM951 as a 1st priority during bootup, because Windows will not install if SM951 is not in the top of boot priority.
