Dont know about restore.
Is your BIOS set to defaults?
If so try disabling the audio in BIOS then boot, uninstall the driver thats problematic, download and run Ccleaner and run the registry sweep to take out the trash.
Then turn the audio back on and try again. If you get the same results try the last driver.
