can't downgrade to BIOS 2012

Hello guys.



I have a problem with flashing the BIOS 2012. Today i've uploaded the latest BIOS but the file settings from 2012 did not work.
I would go back to the previous BIOS to load the settings and save them on paper.

But I have a problem because I received an error "Selected file is not a proper BIOS". What am I doing wrong? I downloaded a couple of times and changed its file name to "M7H.CAP" and nothing.

Please help 😞

Use usb bios flashback

Follow this guide using the bios flashback method as fabiovtec says. You do want the file renamed to M7H.CAP for the maximus vii hero.

Exactly which bios version are you using as you state you've uploaded the latest which is 2801?
